What is keeping you from performing your best?

What is keeping your team from performing at their best?

Sports Nutrition sessions are designed to separate myth from fact, review the best strategies for increasing endurance, speed, flexibility, muscle strength and muscle endurance, while addressing techniques to reduce the risk of injury.

Individual and/or team goals and strategies are addressed, focussing on what Beth affectionately calls "An Athlete's Trifecta: Nutrition, Training, and Recovery". Where did she come up with this? Well, while combating a chronic illness, she has run over 31 half marathons (placing 1, 2, or 3 in her age group in 24 out of 31!). Through her personal athletic experiences, Beth has learned first-hand what it takes to optimize nutrition, health and fitness, strength and performance - all while avoiding injury.

Beth is passionate about Sports Nutrition and teaches Undergraduate and Graduate Sports Nutrition Classes at Montclair State University. Her personal and professional experiences are reflected in the following Sports Nutrition Program and Services:
